Registration
The CCWSC is offering an early, early bird registration fee of $250 per person until August 31st, 2025.
Your registration fee includes all sessions, some meals, and an evening reception. Lodging is the responsibility of the attendee.
When registering more than one attendee, fill out one registration form per person and add them to your virtual cart.
When registering online as a participant, you will be taken to our online registration area. The screen will look different from this part of our website and will open in a new window.
Register by mail: Download this registration form and mail it and your check to the address included on the form.
Cancellations and Refunds
A cancellation charge of 100% of the registration fee will be assessed on cancellations occurring within seven (7) days of the start of this session. Refunds will not be granted after the program has begun. To cancel your registration, contact: childwelfarescholars@
